Mourant Relay Race

Gather your friends, family and colleagues and join us on Sunday 14th of April for the Mourant Relay Race! The Mourant Relay Race starts at 09.30am in St Peter Port and takes you through some of the Island’s most scenic areas of country lanes and the beautiful coast of Guernsey. You will be running alongside competitors in the Marathon Race.

As part of our commitment to be environmentally responsible and reduce waste, in partnership with the Relay Race sponsors, Mourant, we have decided this year not to produce the medals for race participants. We will continue to provide the Mourant Relay Race t-shirts, an item we hope runners will reuse and wear after the event, and award the winning Team Trophies. Thank you for your understanding.

TEAMS OF 2

Teams of two runners will compete on the full marathon course, with the relay station being halfway point around the course.

This really is a fantastic opportunity for people to participate in a big race atmosphere. The Mourant Relay Race Runners taking place in the 2 team race must be aged 17 years or above on the day of the race.

TEAMS OF 5

Teams of five runners will compete on the full marathon course with sections varying from 4-6 miles. The Mourant Relay Race Runners taking part in the 5-team race must be aged 16 years or above on the day of the race.

The Guernsey Marathon loves healthy competition between industries, therefore we have introduced some cups that can be won by the fastest relay teams of 5, in the following industries:

On registration, you can select which category your team is in.

All teams entering to win an industry cup must work (full time, part time or contract) for the same company within the specific industry.
